- Gooseberries (2)+Pepper (4)+Curry leaves with stem(2) -----mix all together and blend it to make a bolus which is almost the size and shape of a gooseberry. Take this bolus in empty stomach early morning along with hot water
- Including lot of curry leaves in the food.
- Some herbal tea like Yashtimadhu tea (Glycyrrhiza glabra) , Gauva leaf tea etc are to be included in diet.
